Scope &amp; Fixed-Price Billing<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>1.1 Project Quote:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nWork is performed based on a fixed-price quote provided by Websalve. This quote is inclusive of a contingency buffer to account for project risks and unforeseen complexities.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>1.2 Payment Upfront:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n100% of the project total must be paid in advance. Work will not commence until the funds have been received in full.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>1.3 Administrative Fee:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nA mandatory\n<\/span>\n<b>5% administrative fee<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nis applied to the gross total of the quote.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>1.4 Taxes:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nAll quoted prices are exclusive of taxes. All relevant taxes applicable to the Client\u2019s jurisdiction (VAT, IVA, Sales Tax, etc.) will be added to the final invoice.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>1.5 Subcontracted Services &amp; Products:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nAny third-party costs (printing, licenses, specialized hardware) not explicitly included in the initial quote will be billed separately\n<\/span>\n<b>at cost<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n.\n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>2. Service Limitations (No Subscription)<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>2.1 No Account Access:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nThis model does not include a Websalve Client Profile. The Client will not have access to Live Timesheets, historical invoice archives, or our internal project management tools.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>2.2 Support Channels:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nSupport for this project is strictly limited to\n<\/span>\n<b>Email and Telephone<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n. This model does not include access to a dedicated WhatsApp group.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>2.3 Maintenance:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nThis is a \"build-and-delivery\" service. Once the project is completed and handed over, Websalve has no obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, security updates, or technical support unless a new project is quoted or a subscription is started.\n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>3. Intellectual Property &amp; Licensing<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>3.1 Delivery of Rights:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nUpon completion of the project and verification of full payment, Websalve grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the work for its intended business purpose.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>3.2 Ownership &amp; Revocation:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nAll assets remain the property of Websalve until the project is delivered. In the event of a payment reversal or dispute, the license is revoked and the work must be removed from the Client\u2019s digital infrastructure immediately.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>3.3 Promotional Rights:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nWebsalve reserves the right to use the completed work, as well as the Client\u2019s company name and logo, in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.\n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>4. Confidentiality &amp; Non-Disclosure (NDA)<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>4.1 Mutual Protection:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nBoth parties agree to protect and maintain the strict confidentiality of all trade secrets, business plans, and financial data disclosed during the project.\n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>5. Security &amp; Data Liability<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>5.1 Account Credentials:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nFor projects requiring the creation of digital accounts, Websalve will follow industry-standard security practices (complex passwords and 2FA where available) during the build.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>5.2 Liability Waiver:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nWebsalve assumes\n<\/span>\n<b>zero liability<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nfor data breaches, leaks, or hacks that occur during or after the project. By requesting digital services, the Client accepts all inherent risks associated with digital infrastructure and credential management.\n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>6. Scope Creep &amp; Amendments<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>6.1 Fixed Scope:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nThe project is limited strictly to the deliverables outlined in the initial quote. Any requests for additional features, revisions outside of the agreed-upon count, or changes in direction will require a separate quote and additional upfront payment.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>6.2 Termination:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nAs payment is made 100% upfront, the Client may cancel the project at any time; however,\n<\/span>\n<b>no refunds will be issued<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nfor work already in progress or completed.\n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>7. Third-Party Failure<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clause: Post-Delivery Platform Failures Websalve is not responsible for the stability or future updates of third-party software (e.g., WordPress core, plugins, or themes). Our fixed-price quote covers the initial build and delivery only. If a plugin or theme fails due to an external update or conflict after the project is handed over, any repair work is considered out-of-scope. Websalve will notify the Client of the failure and provide a new fixed-price quote for the repair work, which must be paid in advance before work commences.<\/span><\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>8. Infrastructure Suspension<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clause: Suspension of Essential Infrastructure For projects where Websalve manages ongoing hosting, email, or third-party licenses, continued service is strictly contingent upon the timely renewal of those fees. If the Client fails to pay the renewal invoice for these essential services by the due date, Websalve reserves the right to immediately disable the website, email, and associated licenses. Standard Features &amp; Access<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>2.1 Client Profile Hub:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nThe Client is granted access to a dedicated Client Profile on the Websalve website, providing lifetime access to historical invoices and project documentation.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>2.2 Dedicated Support:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nThis model includes access to a\n<\/span>\n<b>dedicated WhatsApp group<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nfor real-time communication with the Websalve team, in addition to standard Email and Telephone support.\n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>2.3 Transition to Pro:<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nUpon completion of the initial project, the Client has the option to transition to the\n<\/span>\n<b>Websalve Pro Subscription<\/b>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\nfor ongoing maintenance and minute-by-minute growth tasks.\n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>3.
